How do I subscribe to the service?
To subscribe to the service, go to the 'products and pricing' page on this website, select the product or prize you want to play for and follow the instructions.
How do I unsubscribe from the service?
There are three ways to stop the service:
1: Via text/sms: Please reply to your last message received from us
with the word 'STOP'
2: Via e-mail: You can send an e-mail containing the mobile number that needs to be unsubscribed to email@example.com. You will be unsubscribed within 24-hours (between business hours, otherwise on Monday after the weekend).
3: Via telephone: You can call the live help line number 1800 057 154 (standard rate, during business hours). You will be unsubscribed within 24-hours (on business days).
If you qualify for the final knock out round before cancelling the subscription service, you will still receive one free of charge message informing you of the start of this final. Regardless of whether you play this final, you will remain unsubscribed and you will no longer receive any premium messages.
